Monthly Gathering

The Book Discussion Group is reading The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz.  This winner of the Pulitzer Prize for fiction is the story of a sweet but disastrously overweight ghetto nerd who dreams of becoming the Dominican J.R.R. All are welcome to gather with the Book Discussion Group at 7:00 pm in the LOC office on the second Wednesday of every month to discuss the month's reading.  Books are chosen by members of the group and, whenever possible, booksets are checked out from the public library and kept at the Church Office for the group's use.
